The Lancaster Fair tries to ensure that the premium book is correct but will not be responsible for printing errors or omissions.

Create a New Account if you are an exhibitor that would like to submit entries for the Lancaster Fair and have not created an account online for this fair year. It’s fast & easy!
Arts and Crafts Exhibits: When you are placing your entries, pay attention to suffixes of numbers. H is Handicapped (please let us know your handicap since this is a component in judge's critiques. J is for children (ages 4 - 8). O is for open (ages 18 - 69). P is for professional (if you receive payment for your specific type of exhibit, this would be the appropriate category). O is over senior (age 70 and over) and Y is for student (ages 9 - 17). This correctly places your exhibit in its proper category. Be sure to hit "submit" after you finish so the entries will be received by us. Remember your password if you need to enter more later. This year requires that you completely reenter your registration since we have gone to a different software program. Thank you.
